Workout! is a sport supplement for athletes and has anticatabolic action. Workout! is an alkalizing food supplements, 100% vegan, allergen- free, GMO-free, certified doping free with Zero Impact® pack. Workout! is a food supplements suitable for runners, triathletes and rugby players and body builders formulated to be taken during the training.

Workout! is a food supplement for sports with alkalizing action, negative PRAL (-14.9) and alkalinizing power equal to 1,68 mEq/g. Its unique formula improves the cells’ exchange and determines an advantage in the action-buffer on the lactic acid produced by the athlete during physical effort.

Workout! Contains pH alcalin®. ,this is a unique mix present in sports supplements GJAV with mineral salt -bicarbonate and citrate – that gives the product an alkalizing power and a negative PRAL.

Workout! is a food supplement for athletes with branched chain amino acids, alkaline mineral salts, B-vitamins and C-vitamin. Workout! promotes hypertrophy and muscle recovery. Excellent in cases of low intake by normal diet or increased demand.


Mix one serving (10 g - 1,5 scoops) with 250 ml of cold water. To achieve maximum results, take on an empty stomach during workout.


L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, pH alcalin® (potassium bicarbonate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, calcium citrate), maltodextrin, citric acid, natural flavour, ascorbic acid (C Vit.). Sweetener: sucralose, cyanocobalamin 0.1% (B12 Vit.), pyridoxine hydrocloride (B6 Vit.).
