Take one serving (5 tablets) with 100 ml of water. To achieve maximum results, take on an empty stomach before or during workout.


L-leucine, bulking agent: vegetable cellulose microcrystalline, L-valine, L-isoleucine, beta-alanine. Anti caking agent: silica, vegetable magnesium stearate, cyanocobalamin 0.1% (B12 Vit.), pyridoxine hydrocloride (B6 Vit.).
